An evening of cacao, movement & song

After a sold-out October gathering, we’re coming together again as the evenings draw in, this time to warm the body and soften into the season.

We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony, an invitation to slow down, set an intention and settle in. From there we’ll move through a creative, heart-led vinyasa flow, with live music woven throughout the evening to carry us from stillness to movement and back again.

Come as you are, with an open heart and mind.
